lnmpa1.4 开启https后wp插件Link Hopper失效

lnmp1.4我安装时候一开始用lnmp，然后这个Link Hopper插件是不管用的，然后我又重新装了lnmpa，结果就管用了，但是我开启了https之后，这个网址跳转的插件就又不管用了，我看vpser.net上开启了https并且也应该是用的这个插件做的网址跳转，不知道是怎么配置的，希望大神能帮忙解答一下
我的系统是Debian8 64位的，装了lnmpa 1.4的

我的conf文件如下

https下这个插件有问题，而且很久都不更新了，就不再用了
