应该是某个程序占用资源过多，影响其他用户了
可以联系他们，逐个停掉程序看看停掉那个程序后负载降下来了就是那个程序的问题

有些程序是必用的，不能停掉的。。。burst要求是不是苛刻了。。。

负载N高？   你的VPS应该也知道负载高吧。这么高了，还不解决:lol
