html访问正常http://www.xxx.cn/index.html

php访问极慢有时候有多次刷新

整个服务器的网站都是这样，不是这一个网站是这样，dedecms 还有discusz 都是一样

慢日志看是提示文件file_get_contents读取文件可能较慢

其他内存和cpu占用看都正常

这个我们没办法帮你弄，慢日志只是帮你找出可能存在的问题，需要你自己去调整代码的问题
