刚刚升级的1.4，从1.3正式版升级来的，服务器是阿里云！
详细信息如下：

Test Nginx configure file......

Sorry, I don't know how to bootstrap Certbot on your operating system!
You will need to install OS dependencies, configure virtualenv, and run pip install manually.
