环境：华为云鲲鹏下centos8
CentOS 8.0 64bit with ARM
日志见附件
Error: PHP install failed.

Error:
Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides libxml2(aarch-64) = 2.9.7-8.el8 needed by libxml2-devel-2.9.7-8.el8.aarch64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

不清楚什么问题到账的，你可以尝试
yum install yum-utils
package-cleanup --cleandupes
yum clean all
yum install libxml2-devel
试试看能否正常安装这个依赖包
