标题: 国内域名转移码获取攻略：去ICANN投诉域名注册商
众所周知，国内注册的域名想要转出，要不让你交钱，要不让你续费，再要不就是让你邮寄各种材料。

投诉地址：http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi
依次分别为：姓名、组织(可不填)、邮箱地址（域名注册时的地址）、电话（可不填）、域名

下面选择：“Transfer Problems - Auth Codes” 这一项。

投诉内容：I want to transfer my domain xxxxxxx.com to another registrar, I have communicated with the current registrar.But the registrar got a lot of reasons to block my transfer. I have mailed my ID Card copy to them 1 month ago,but they still blocked my transfer. I want my domain transfer code, and complete the transfer as soon as possible.Thanks.

最后填上验证码，发送。

这个真的有用么？我有十来个域名都在很难转移的注册商那里，要填N多资料，还要邮寄给他们。
如果行的话我也这样干，全转到狗蛋爹那儿去！

ICANN是管理域名的顶级部门，所有的域名注册商都由他们管理，如果注册商违反ICANN的规定会受到处罚的。
