为什么我的网站没有写的权限？？？？？？

还有下面的一个问题

状态: 尝试连接“ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server”失败。

每次都要./pureftpd start

写权限的弄好了是应为我上一级没改

求军哥为什么每次重启 ftp都没开的。。。。还有

正常。。。
但是每次重启都要手动运行一次啊 ./pureftpd start
