[mysqld]段中添加了 event_scheduler=ON 还是显示Error Code: 1290. The MySQL server is running with the --event-scheduler=DISABLED or --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute this statement

上面有提示因为你添加event_scheduler=ON所以就没法执行这个语句
