找到问题了 。
vagrant box centos7.2 默认分配9G存储空间 。 安装lnmp选择mysql5.7时，所需空间大于6g改为mysql5.6可以顺利安装，预安装的东西略多，临时存储空间过小

我也是这个问题，但是我装的就是mysql5.6        也是这样的问题，但是在别的VPS上就没问题
