内存不够用了
你的是什么配置的？可以先调整innodb_buffer_pool_size 调小些观察看看

机器类型
g1-small（1 个 vCPU，1.7 GB 内存）
谷歌云的 17刀配置

innodb_buffer_pool_size参数表示缓冲池字节大小，InnoDB缓存表和索引数据的内存区域。

如果对innodb依赖很大的话就会有影响
