mysql安装到挂载目录无法启动

如下显示安装日志，安装成功了 但是无法启动，手动启动也一样报错，安装前在lnmp.conf文件里修改了mysql安装到/datadisk/mysql里面，datadisk目录是我挂载的另一块硬盘。不知道是什么原因，如果不修改安装路径，都按照默认的来，不会报错。请军哥看下。

没有具体安装日志或mysql错误日志没法说

请问mysql的安装日志和启动时候的日志在哪个路径？
