你系统源解析到了ipv6地址，可能你机器上没有ipv6，无法访问，可以尝试将系统上的ipv6禁用看看
编辑 /etc/sysctl.conf
添加
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1
保存，执行  sysctl -p 后重新安装试试
