nginx rewrite 求助

想进行一个rewrite重写，求达人帮助

想把这个URL
http://www.XXX.com/index.php?m=yp&c=index&a=show&catid=378&id=201
重写成
http://s.XXX.com/378/page-201.html

如果单是后面的重写比较简单，
rewrite ^/([0-9]+)/page-([0-9]+).html /index.php?m=yp&c=index&a=show&catid=$1&id=$2 last;
即可
但是加上域名应该怎么写？
