军老大，把默认的my.cnf替换成my-innodb-heavy-4G.cnf后重启出错，【已按要求附错误日志】

已经修改了my-innodb-heavy-4G.cnf文件中datadir，innodb_data_home_dir，innodb_log_group_home_dir路径，但启动报错
