iptables怎么处理，重启服务器网站就无法访问

新装的centos6.5
重启服务器之后无法访问网站
看到https://bbs.vpser.net/viewthread.php?tid=11129，停止iptables后正常，请问这个怎么处理。

第一个问题自己搞定，开放80端口就好。
之前阿里云什么都默认搞好了。自己装的6.5需要自己设置。

第二个问题还是不懂，是不是需要我格式化磁盘还是咋整。主要是我不懂把网站文件放哪里。
