可能ftp客户端设置里你选择的ftp over tls，pureftpd如果你没设置tls的话必须要选择普通的ftp选项不能是tls的

谢谢，解决了。原来是选的如果可用，使用TLS。
我以为不可用，会使用正常的，所以没切换。
