lnmp1.3 php7如何开启intl

因mediawiki需要用到。
安装mediawiki时提示intl没有安装，但是查看php.ini发现intl是没有设置开启。而查看phpinfo.php发现有显示intl的项。

是否需要在php.ini上开启intl（将其中设置开启的代码前的;去掉）才行？

intl都是直接buildin的默认就是开启的
