lnmp1.4 的一些小问题

1、phpmyadmin升级脚本又不行了，应该下载地址又有变化。
2、MariaDB升级脚本不行了，应该下载地址又有变化。
3、redis php7扩展太老了，还是测试版的，现在最新正式版3.1.2 http://pecl.php.net/package/redis
暂时发现几个问题，军哥抽空更新把

因为东软的mariadb源删除了，而mariadb官网位将其移除造成的
可以直接下载 https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/mariadb/mariadb-10.1.22/source/mariadb-10.1.22.tar.gz 放到src目录下，再运行升级脚本
