Wordpress 升级插件出现Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

wordpress下载插件时

错误提示：Installation failed: Download failed. cURL error 77: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

环境：LNMP1.3正式版

系统是centos 6？
