看提示是编译器没有了，如果你成功安装了lnmp这些肯定都有，可能你又卸载了
centos的话可以尝试：yum install gcc gcc-c++ 安装一下
debian/ubuntu的话可以：apt-get install build-essential  gcc g++ make 安装一下

nginx存在不存在，不影响，直接填版本号升级就行了
