你系统源设置有问题，yum都无法正常工作肯定无法安装。
把你设置的本地源去掉，将/etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Media.repo里面的enabled=1改成enabled=0 保存
yum install gcc 确定yum能正常工作后再重新安装
