增加网站（虚拟主机）出错

3、问题
    开始安装的是 1.2版， 昨天升级到1.4 。
    增加一个 虚拟主机 （lnmp vhost add），在Add SSL Certificate (y/n) y 时 出错：

该错误说明你当前工作目录被删除，一般是你 cd 到了某个目录之后又 rm 删除了这个目录，这时去执行一些脚本就会报 getcwd 错误。
cd 到任何一个实际存在的目录下在执行命令即可
