lnmp 1.5 open_basedir 问题

军哥，网站迁移，刚安装的lnmp1.5，按照  https://lnmp.org/faq/lnmp-vhost-add-howto.html 里边的 方跨目录设置设置完 但是不起作用是为啥，fpm  以及 nginx 都重启了 依然报错Warning:  file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. 还提示说明没改成功或没都修改或未生效

碰到这个问题了，而且open_basedir的值在nginx配置了多个server的时候，还会覆盖其他server。
搞了半天搞定了
fastcgi.conf 里面，把下面这行#掉
fastcgi_param PHP_ADMIN_VALUE "open_basedir=$document_root/:/tmp/:/proc/";
