重启nginx报错

配置好了TSL1.3，用命令重启nginx报错提示下图
然而第14行是：ssl on;



最后我注释掉了 ssl on
然后再重启才正常，这样有什么问题么，为什么会这样呢！

从nginx 1.15.0 开始ssl on已经移除，不需要再添加
