You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

cat /etc/yum.conf 看一下
如果没有rhel的正版授权不如直接用centos用的方便，另外mysql 8.0低于2GB内存还没swap的话基本上装不上

编辑 /etc/yum.conf 添加上 exclude=kernel* centos-release*  initscripts*
然后再试试看看，建议还是换centos
