httpd-2.4.39报错: AH00141: Could not initialize random number generator

lnmp1.6-full安装lamp后apache报错：

(38)Function not implemented: AH00141: Could not initialize random number generator

apr-1.7与apr-util-1.6.1已重新编译安装问题没解决。
解压apr-1.7与apr-util-1.6.1到httpd-2.4.39下srclib/问题没解决。
求解答谢谢

这个的话不大清楚什么原因

apr应该和上面的问题没关系

手动启动httpd就好了
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start
另外修改/etc/init.d/httpd中HTTPD='/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd'修改为HTTPD='/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl'即可实现“systemctl restart httpd”启动
开机自启chkconfig --add httpd && chkconfg httpd on

问题还是没有解决，再次报错导致无法启动apached
lnmp1.6-full安装lamp后apache报错信息：

centos7.2-1151
apache-2.4
php-5.4
mariadb-5.5

换回lnmp-1.5-full后正常，但还是会报：Failed loading /usr/local/zend/ZendGuardLoader.so:  /usr/local/zend/ZendGuardLoader.so: undefined symbol: compiler_globals
apached已经切换refork或者worker模式均不可以
查了资料，测试环境暂时还没有影响使用，待后期看有没有问题
麻烦军哥关注一下问题

在某些centos 7上有这个问题，debian、ubuntu、即使同一门的fedora也都没问题
按测试的情况看是一些2.*低版本和比较低的3.* 内核的centos 7，建议kvm之类的话升级或选择4.*以上版本的内核通过升级内核后再重新安装不再报错
