系统：Ubuntu18.04.4（ubuntu-18.04.4-preinstalled-server-arm64+raspi3）

你系统上依赖关系有问题，有可能之前设置错了系统源版本或其他问题导致的依赖关系混乱
可以尝试安装aptitude，使用aptitude进行修复或恢复原初始镜像
