第一个错误的话是因为缺少oniguruma-devel，这个在安装包里都是有的，但是因为epel源有问题

而无法安装，可以执行：wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo http://mirrors.aliyun.com/repo/epel-7.repo
后再试一下

nginx的安装错误原因不大清楚，有可能前面源修复好了就可以了
