你系统上依赖包有冲突
rpm -e redhat-release.x86_64 --nodeps
rpm -e redhat-release-server-7.0-1.el7.x86_64  --nodeps
卸载后再试试

还是说了N多遍的话，Debian不香吗，非用得付费的rhel和不靠谱的centos

虽然说红帽公司不再跟新维护CentOS了,但是用户基数大,
