CentOS7.2.1511 安装lnmp1.6数据库无法启动

默认安装或者自选安装均无法启动，日志如下，请大佬指点下，谢谢！

经反复测试 ，运行./mysql_install_db --user=mysql --basedir=/usr/local/mysql --datadir=/usr/local/mysql/var 后启动成功
