问个解压的问题

目的：远程下载zip  rar 文件
我用 wget http://******.zip 去下载zip文件

file **.zip 时显示
HTML document text


现在用 unzip **.zip 去解压出了点问题

网上有个也是解压失败的，那里说什么需要下载的文件二进制才可以解压
具体情况需要各路大神帮忙解答一下
