求救啊，购买GD的VPS遇到了问题

第一次买的时候支付宝付款给了我个新加坡的VPS，申请退款，后来查询了资料说是要通过某个US的链接才会给你美国的VPS，可是那个链接不允许支付宝付款，淘宝上找了个paypal代付，GD发了我封邮件，请问什么意思。。怎么办。
