关于定时备份的问题

命令crontab -u root -l  显示如下：

高手帮忙看一下我想设置每天凌晨3:02执行是否正确，昨晚测试的结果是执行了，也备份到了FTP服务器，但是时间差了8个小时，设置的4点，12点执行的。
但是date命令看时间是正确的，和IDC联系说node没有问题，到底是怎么回事呢

把时区改成东8区
