求教LNMPA中如何禁止htaccess被下载？

LNMPA应该是nginx做的前端，所以
<Files .htaccess>
order allow,deny
deny from all
</Files>

这句在.htaccess里面不起作用，然后就是在nginx中禁止，但是我在：/usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf 和 /usr/local/nginx/conf/vhost/域名.conf 中都加入了如下配置
location ~ .*\.(ftpquota|htaccess|htpasswd)?\$ {
deny all;
}

保存，重启nginx，无效。。。请问这是为什么？

deny all;
}
