lnmpa 执行restart 失败

ubuntu 12.04 安装了lnmpa     按照教程做了mysql数据库目录转移（即、/usr/local/mysql/var TO /home/data/mysql/var）,现在系统执行init 6 重启 网站运行正常，但是在ssh 里面执行 /root/lnmpa restart 失败，必须重复执行几次方可全部启动 下面是过程，请军哥看看：

谁知道怎么回事呀？
另外：按照教程做了mysql数据库目录转移（即、/usr/local/mysql/var TO /home/data/mysql/var）
除了chown mysql:mysql -R /home/data/mysql/var 权限操作。
其他像 /home/data，/home/data/mysql/ 这里怎么给权限，目前这个两个权限是755




求解？

前面没错误信息

更换到其他目录按官网教程弄就行了，只弄数据库目录就行了，动其他目录权限干什么？

可能有其他程序占用了88端口或apache已经启动
