关于屏蔽IP的疑问

我按照上面教程的方法屏蔽的恶意用户的IP和IP段，也保存了规则并重启了，可执行
netstat -ntu | awk '{print $5}' | cut -d: -f1 | sort | uniq -c | sort -n

查看还是可以看到这些IP在访问，这是为什么呢？查看规则里面的规则是存在的啊

service iptables status 提示 command not found 是不是我的防火墙有问题？
