CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION错误。

默认安装。nginx，php/mysql都是lnmp提供最高的那个，lnmp是1.0。

然后安装owncloud。


现在遇到个问题。

1. curl_setopt_array(): CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set at /home/wwwroot/xxx/xxxxx.../xxx.php

php探针显示是支持curl的，为什么这里有这种错误？
